Wolves Up Close

National Geographic / Disney+

In Wolves Up Close, Bertie Gregory travels to Hudson Bay in the Canadian Arctic in search of some old friends; a pack of wolves led by their fearless leader Kona.

Winter is their most critical season, food is scarce, forcing them to take on their biggest and most dangerous prey, the moose. Up against an animal 10 times their size, one wrong move from the wolves could be fatal. It’s this battle of size versus strategy that Bertie wants to film. Witnessing and capturing a never-before-filmed event and a crucial moment for his favourite pack of wolves.
